The term Developing team individual refers as making of several teams which help in

business to apex position. This report is based on the Whirlpool. Its management deals with
refrigerators and washing machine. This entity is operating in UK successfully and its annual
revenue of firm in the $21 billion. It has 70 manufacturing and technology centres across the
world with 92000 employees working under firm. This enterprise is an American multinational
manufacturer. The report covers professional knowledge, skill which is required by HR. Further,
it covers audit of personal and professional skill for this development plan which useful for HR.
Lastly report will discuss about the difference between individual and organisational learning.

HR plays vital role in improvement and development of individuals within a Whirlpool
by evaluating, suggesting and advising them executed policies and distinct plans. Hence, there is
lot of knowledge and skill which is required for becoming HR profession. It is one way which
HR professional needed to improve their skill. Human resource management is a field which
require lots of skill and professional development. Professional knowledge and skill which is
needed for HR professional of Whirlpool are described below:
Communication- This skill is necessary for HR professional for contacting to new
employees. This also serves as mediator between employees and other manager. Being a HR
professional it is needed to contact to individuals of organisation and maintain proper relations
for benefit of company(Katzenbach and Smith, 2015). This is needed in conveying of message or
speech to new employees. Individuals must need to speak person in confident way, effective,
clear. This helps in conveying of important message to person or higher authority. This skill is
required in every field. HR professionals main work is to influence people towards organisation.
Importance of communication skill is for making effective decision, convincing employees,
enhancing of professional image, making of sound business relationship. It will help Whirlpool
to work in better way and productivity of employees will increase.

employee. For this skill an individual need to be patience, negotiation and many more which are
needed for becoming a successful leader. By solving of issues which it can be one way to make
working environment in peaceful. This type of skill having by HR professionals facilitate him to
resolve issues of employees which are prevailing in Whirlpool(Lempiälä and et. al., 2018).
Communication- It is demonstrates as reducing the conflicts that may generates among
several employees. Further it provides all related information of employee which company
needed for new joiner. It is one way by which professional has to preserve information of

management is described below:
Behavioural Approach- This is one of traditional technique of analysing performance of
employees and under it performance is measured according to vertical scales on that basis there
performance is measured (Albrecht and et. al., 2015). This is way through which enterprise is
determining its performance of entity in better way. This way, cited firm can determine the areas
in which improvement that has to be made. accordingly training can be provided to improve
them.
Result Approach - this is one of the simplest approach which helps in determining
performance of employee. This focus on specific parameters like financial, customer, learning
