Digital business means when business is conducted via technology. It is trending as
physical stores are shifted to online stores (Weill and Woerner, 2018). Waitrose is the well-
established supermarket chain. Company is known for its good quality of goods. They are

Strategic alliance refers to the agreement between two companies to run the project or
company (Nguyen, 2020). Basically it is an agreement between two companies who got ready to
share their resources with each other so that they may attain the conman goal but both the
companies do not loss their entity and stay independent. So this relationship know as the
