Title-To measure the potency of digital technologies in boosting company performance. ACase study on Exponential-e LTD. INTRODUCTIONIn the present scenario, every company is focused on growth of its capabilities to earnhigher level of profits and generate more revenue. These days, every organisation needs digitaltechnologies for making sure that their efficiency increases. The introduction of new equipmentand system has allowed companies in expanding their activities for better performance. Thedigitalisation has enabled workers/people in improving their capabilities as they are wellinformed and able to take on variables properly (Rummler and Brache, 2012). At present, there ishigher level of competition that is prevalent in the market. It can hamper the organisationalgrowth and productivity. Company has to keep on analysing ways which can be used forimproving quality of work that is being delivered to the final user. Basically, changes that have been there in market in last decade have changed the wholescenario. Instead of relying on traditional methods, managers are opting for modern solutionsthat are provided by the digital organisations (Sirmon and et. al., 2011). It is vital to ensure thatorganisations are able to develop right approach to integrate the digital methods for improvingtheir performance. introductions are assisting people who are working in this sector in boosting their capabilitiesand get the job done within set period of time (Christopher, 2016). With the application of newmethods and equipment, company is able to improve its profitability and productivity together.Basically, technology has assisted business in enhancing their efficiency levels which has led toimprovement in the performance. Currently, digital technologies are being used as a way to alignbusiness and other environmental aspects together. This will boost optimum utilisation ofresources. It is the responsibility of top management to make sure that they are able to integratenew methods and techniques in the system. This will prepare organisation to face any uncertaintythat might prevail in business. Basically, this research work will assist Exponential-e LTD in finding out the best ways,which can be adopted to surpass the competition. All the departments need to state aboutactivities that they will be conducting and ways in which they will be contributing togrowth ofbusiness (Rasula, Vuksic and Stemberger, 2012). They need to strengthen their research anddevelopment division for making sure that they are able to provide right solutions to thecustomers. Various results of research will state about the effectiveness of new technologieswhile this will be done by using different tools and techniques. Research aim :-This is stated be to the most important aspect of research as this describes the reasonbehind why this study is being conducted. This guides a researcher in a specified direction,enabling him in achieving all the required results. The prime aim behind conducting thisresearch work is “To measure the potency of digital technologies in boosting company’sperformance - A Case study on Exponential-e LTD”. Research objectives :-These are the targets which are set for enabling researcher to measure his ownperformance. These are used for developing some suggestions and recommendations on the basisof findings that have been generated.
