INTRODUCTION
The Care manager refer to the person who works as a manager at a residential care home
and work as a manager in term to care for the people of the place. It is important for them to
understand the situation and care for the people staying there (SMITH, 2020).

What does the manager do and why
The residential care manager refer to the person who deal all the necessary situation and
follow the situation of the residential people who are living there. The manager need to
communicate and look for the day to day situation and need to provide the necessary requirement
of the people in the business (Chiarav and et.al., 2020). They ensure that they do follow the
necessary national care standards in the place. It is crucial for the manager to provide the best of
the security and full fill the needs with the places so that the people staying there does not feel
any issues at working. It is because the care manager need to promote the guidelines and need to
develop the strategies of the overall working of the residential care so that they can make the
working easy and help the people staying there in need.
Importance of manager
The importance of the care manager are that they need to provide the basic requirements
of the place, and they need to make sure that the people are safe and secure. It is crucial for them
to develop strategies and provide the safety and security to the people staying at residential care
home. The care manager also need to check the needs and wants of the people at resident and
provide them proper health guide and safety requirement in the working. They need to develop
the strategies in increasing the safety and security of the people and also provide them the
working culture of the residential and the workers need to know how to behave professional with
the people. They need to be more communication in the residential so that the manager can
develop the knowledge of the situation which is going in the place.

know that leadership is one of the most important factor for the manager to complete the work
