INTRODUCTIONEmployability skills refers to abilities which are transferable in nature which is needed bythe individuals which will assist in improving performance in the competitive market. It is a setof achievements along with the understandings so that they can make individuals which willmake individuals to be successful in business entity (Abas-Mastura, Imam and Osman, 2013).Business people and corporates are centring to enrols those individuals which are havingessential fundamental abilities according to their requirements which can be expressed as anemployability aptitudes. Informative individuals can catch on quickly, the majority of theorganizations are centring to enlist those informed and qualified applicants which are great inmaking correspondence with others. Present report is based on Travelodge Hotel which is aprivate business entity and it is operated in hotel as well as hospitality industry (TimeManagement Skills, 2017). In the below mentioned report, discussion based on the ownresponsibilities along with the performance objectives. Moreover, some problems should facework based problems and have to resolve that which will assist in reaping targets.TASK 11.1 Set of own responsibilities as well as performance objectivesI am working as a manager in travleodge Hotel and it is essential and necessary for me sothat they can set my own roles and responsibilities in business entity. As per point of view ofthem, I have to boost my performance as I am doing work in the marketing manager so it isnecessary for me to arrange or maintain performance of my team in a appropriate way so thatthey can get or collect information from competitive market. There are some responsibilitieswhich includes: I have to collect or gather information or data from the market as I can give or provideassistance which assist in boosting the sales of Travelodge Hotel. They have to maintain direct aswell as indirect relationship which aid in attaining their maximum information from theirmarkets as well as competitors (Jones, Torezani and Luca, 2012). I am working as a marketing manager then I am having a duty that I have to followmorality so that better services can be delivered in a appropriate manner. Along with this foroffering better services which has to be authenticate and for that they have to make betterstrategy. 1
