INTRODUCTIONEmploy-ability refers to the term which reflect the attributes of the employees working inthe organization. These attributes help employees to maintain its employment. It will helpemployees to achieve their career goals (Asonitou, 2015). Present report will highlight the responsibilities and performance objectives related to thejob roles, compare effectiveness against the goals and role of motivational techniques forimproving the performance quality. It will develop the problems based solutions, communicationstyles at various level and effective time management strategies. Report will explain the teamroles, team dynamics and another ways to perform the tasks for the purpose of attaining thegoals. I am doing my job in thiscompany from long time which make meclear about the culture and language.
