Moreover, this study define aboutdevelopment of interpersonal and transferable skills which is needed the most in order to properdevelopment of their issues in more efficient form, furthermore, this assignment refer to somemotivational techniques which can be used for improvement in the quality of the performancesof the business in more effective form. Apart from this, this assignment describe aboutunderstanding of dynamics of working with others in which they can generate some of effectiveservices in more efficient form. We will explain in this assignment about to the suggestion ofalternative ways to completion of task and achievement of team goals within the industrysufficiently. Moreover, this study define about to the development in some appropriate strategiesto resolving the problems of labour turnover in Travelodge organisation. TASK 1P.1. Develop a set of own responsibilities and performance objectivesAs a Marketing manager in Travelodge Hotel I have several kinds of role andresponsibilities within the business which I have experienced by doing job in last few years. Partof Travelodge Hotel organisation, I need to make some activities at the workplace by which ourmarketing team would be able to work properly within the business in order to promote productand services of Travelodge Hotel effectively (Watson, 2011). Various types of responsibilitiesoccur in the business while completion of the project within the company efficiently. Marketing manager responsibilities in Travelodge Hotel as following:As marketing manager in the hotel I need to recognise the appropriate markets where Icould make promote our sale and product of the hotel effectively in order to increasehotel's revenue effectively (McQuaid, Green and Danson, eds., 2013). Furnishing quality of hotels product, services and hospitality services effectively in termsof satisfy our each customer efficiently. Making excellence relationship with our loyal customer to make use of our existingservices frequently. Proper lead of my marketing in the market in respect to raise the quality provisionpotential of the business effectively within the industry. 1

I make sure by revenue manager to that all required financial needs are meeting to theorganisation effectively and our marketing efforts making benefits for the company aswell.Performance objectives of the marketing manager of Travelodge Hotel as following:Customer services: As marketing manager I have obligation to ensure that my hotelservices must be in effective form which generate the environment in which each of ourcustomer feel more satisfied (Paulrajan, 2011). Our main objectives are furnishingefficient hospitality services in respect to meet each customer's demand effectively. Product quality: Customer prefer to utilisation of quality of product and services in hoteland travelling industry. As marketing manager in travelling and tourism industry I needto make sure that our organisation is providing sufficient quality of product towards ourtargeted customers in order to accomplishing organisation's goals and objectivesefficiently. P.2. Evaluate own effectiveness defined objectivesImprovement in services: By establishing appropriate objectives for Travelodge Hotel, itgives us proper outcomes as I have decided before in the company. According to work with oureffective objectives within the organisation it furnishes me efficient improvement in our hoteland travelling services in effective manner by adding some innovative techniques within the firmin more efficient form (Cottrell, 2015). Out objectives enforce us to develop some areas in whichthey can generate some issues in more effective form. Technical changes and profitability: On focusing on the service effectiveness onTravelodge Hotel business, as marketing manager in hotel and travelling company, I haveidentified that some effective technical changes is necessary for the organisation in order to keepthemselves ahead in the complex competitive market in effective form. We need to add some ofeffective innovative technological equipments and approaches at the workplace in order toincrease customer satisfaction level and increase revenue generation of the business in efficientform. Strategic marketing plan: with the helps of effective objectives of the business, I haverealised that we need to prepare a strategic marketing plan and implement it on our newmarketing strategy in order to raise sales of our hospitality product and services on tour andtravelling sector more effectively (Ryan, ed., 2012).
