INTRODUCTIONEntrepreneurs and corporates are focusing to recruit those people which are having basicnecessary skills as per their needs which can be stated as a employability skills. Communicativepeople can learn fast, most of the companies are focusing to recruit those educated and qualifiedcandidates which are good in making communication with others (Taylor and Procter, 2014).This project is based on working conditions of Travelodge, this report is based on employabilityskills and it is having a self reflection on set of responsibilities and performance objectives, owneffectiveness, recommendations for improvement and motivational techniques to improveperformance in working conditions. After it will describe interpersonal and transferable skills todevelop solutions, to manage time and communicate in a proper way on different managementlevel. Each and every team is having key players which increase their effectiveness which willdescribe in this project. At last it is having content on problem solving tools and methods. TASK 11.1 Set of own responsibilities and performance objectivesWorking as a manager in Travelodge it is essential for me to set my own responsibilitiesin organisation and according to them I have to increase my performance, as I am working as amarketing manager so it is essential for me to arrange my team in a better way to obtainmaximum information from market. Set of responsibilities are here;Collect information from market: It is my duty to collect maximum information from marketby which I can support my organisation to increase sales of organisation. Direct and indirectrelationship in market can help to me to collect maximum informations from market andcompetitors.Ethics: It is my duty to follow morality in providing services to organisation so each and everydata which is collected from my team has to be authentic on which company can make a betterstrategy. Salarylevel: I have to make a focus on increment which can help to me increase purchasingpower and improve living of standards. So I have to make my focus on the next level of salarywhich can help to me to increase my performance in market and in organisation to attain this. 1.2 Own effectiveness against objectivesTravelodge is working in travel and tourism industry and they are having huge marketcompetition so it is essential for the company to improve their business activities which can helpto organisation to improve it's market share. Performance objective can help me to increase myperformance, my senior managers are having huge expectation from so it is essential for me tofull fill their expectations any how. As I am having an objective to be my senior post in a year soit is essential for me to develop some more strength to attain this post in decided time frame.Senior management of the organisation is happy from my work which is a proof that I amenough effective against performance objectives. Appraisal are based on the performance ofemployees in the organisation and each and every employees is having target so it is essentialfor me to attain these targets any how by which I can be able to achieve these performanceobjectives. Some points are here to explain own effectiveness against performance objectives;Identification of skills: Each and every employees is having some skills which can help to themto attain organisational objectives and as well as their own personal objectives so according tothis employees has to improve their performance. 1.3 Recommendations for improvementAs I am working as a marketing manager so I am having huge responsibilities to identifynew markets, authentic sources of information for organisation.
