Thereare more than 6000 employees work to serves effective services to customers in term of full andpart-time. In order to focus on the report, it covers effectiveness against defined objectives withinthe selected enterprise. Furthermore, it includes solution for work based problems which can beidentified in work experience. Moreover, it discusses team dynamics within the enterprise toachieve common goals and objectives. In addition to this, there are tools and methods have beenused for developing solution for a problem of Travelodge hotel.
