It gives them anopportunity of stating the future and assessing the possible results of working systematically andappropriately. Research is a kind of activities which is performed by an individual or a group ofpersons which is working in an organisation with an aim to develop better strategies to overcomethe desired results (Wong, 2013). This helps them in addressing the sources and areas forattaining knowledge and information about the market and business that eventually supportsthem in determining the appropriate form of actions. It is crucial for an organisation to developeffective ways and methods to enhance the level of motivation among the employees so that theywill be productive and profitable to the firm. In that context, it is essential for firms like Asda Plc to assess the significance andimportance of employee motivation for gaining better performance from them in the assignedbusiness projects. For this, they will assess the theories, concepts and strategies to build upeffective sources of motivating and encouraging employee to give higher job performance in theallotted work operations (Dörnyei and Ushioda, 2013).
