that decline 4% per year in the tourism and also increased the economic recession. The
hospitality industry faced various kind of economic challenges because of recession, which
has made finding the best leader to fulfil all essential need or requirement for enterprise (Ali
and Anwar, 2021). Typically, UK industry manager dealt with increased the level of pressure
because of high competition level. Therefore, it has been suggested that leadership
performance plays an important role and directly affects the enterprise overall performance.
Hospitality enterprise need to employ effective leadership approach in order to improve the
consumer satisfaction, community outreach and other kind of employee relations. Without
any doubt, the significant role of leadership will be increased the good relationship between
employee as well as employers.
In past decade, it has found that changing the environment in hospitality industry and
demand that can stressful for employees. Different hotel staff members at multiple level have
shared their opinion and following a proper ethical approach. This kind of approach is
increasing the profitability as well as productivity of enterprise. By considering motivational
theories, it is always influenced staff members to achieve desirable goals or objectives of
organisation. Moreover, understanding the work values which plays an important role for
employees and enabled the business to use motivational theories that supports to improve
working condition, job structure. In some cases, it lead to create a new policies and
procedures that are satisfied need of employees. In this way, it is automatically increases the
overall performance of hospitality industry.

improvements, the hotel in UK has been used different motivational theories and influence
staff members towards organisational goals or objectives (Ali and Anwar, 2021).. This kind
of opportunity supports to achieve improve the business productivity as well as profitability
in marketplace. Throughout study, it is majorly focused on the enhancement of staff
member’s performance because of increasing the quality of service. Hence, it will be gaining
more profitability of hotels. The research helps in terms of evaluating the actual performance
of employee in hospitality industry at UK, identifying the importance of motivational theories
which influence employees to serve the best longer or dedication towards job responsibility.
Research rationale
The purpose of research is to identify the role of motivation in terms of hospitality
industry. It is always encouraging the staff members to deliver the best quality of business

statistical technique. In this research, Excel chart has been used in order to analyse the
information. Thematic analysation has been done in context of revealing findings. Themes is

SUGGESTIONS
The findings have revealed that motivation plays crucial role in terms of improving the
productivity of the employees. Also, it provides the impact over the growth and performance
of the organization as well. The major recommendation in this context are entitled with
understanding the needs of the employees as the source of motivation has been derived from
them. Therefore, it is important to understand the major needs and wants of the employees.
Another recommendation is aligned with using intrinsic and extrinsic both the form of
motivation. However, intrinsic source of motivation comes within the person but, the external
environment plays vital role in developing the internal source of motivation (Ridgeway,
2018). The major suggestion in regards to the using of methodology for future project is
associated within using the quantitative type of research. Qualitative research type is
concerned with certain limitations and those are, it may lead to gathering of wrong data and it
does not provide the numerical extent up-to which the idea can be gain for the research. For
further work, in future, only secondary method for collecting the data should be taken as it
helps in revealing the outcomes in depth. Also, primary method is highly expensive and time
consuming. Furthermore, after the pandemic the risk has been increased in term of
conducting primary method (Rabianski, 2019). Therefore, secondary method must be
approach for future purpose.
Suggestion for further research
Limitation of the research study were identified in the collection of information. The
data was based on the single sided and also reflected the observation, outcomes of enterprise
and leadership expectations. While increasing the entire performance, it is difficult to
measure the differences between performance as well as motivation.
In further study, it has been conducting the studies which required to focus on the
information while developing an effective motivation strategies. This will help to meet the
expectation level of employees in the workplace. The research participants in study have been
shared the effectiveness of strategies when inspiring or motivating staff members.

CHAPTER-6 CONCLUSION
The major conclusion that has been drawn from the research is depicting that motivation
has been proven effective enough in terms of increasing the productivity of employees in the
organization. The findings have revealed that using motivation strategies can lead to create
the faith and belief of employees towards organization. Furthermore, it helps in assuring
positive impact over the working procedure of the employees. Moreover, outcomes have
come over conclusion that it is important to take the needs of employees in consideration as it
provides major impact towards the beliefs and morals of the employees. Motivation is just
not limited to providing incentives to employees it is wider in terms as it helps in assuring
ethical values to the employees as well. Thus, motivation not only focuses over enhancing the
productivity of employees it often helps in creating higher sense of confidence in employees
as well.
Reflection
During this project I have got numerous opportunities in context of getting developed.
However, I have faced the hurdles as well. At initial level it was hard to select the appropriate
source from where the information can be taken. I have found difficulties in this context.
Therefore, I have focused over evaluating the sources and the most appropriate source has
been taken in consideration in order to reveal the outcome. Another issue that has been faced
by me is relate to performing primary method as this method was time-consuming that has
consumed my time also at initial level participants was nervous. However, when I have
assured them that their confidentiality will be maintained then they become comfortable and
contributed in the research. Thus, I have got the opportunity in context of facing the
challenges within using my strengths.
