In this section, it has been focused on the tourism organisation which has projected
that decline 4% per year in the tourism and also increased the economic recession. The
hospitality industry faced various kind of economic challenges because of recession, which
has made finding the best leader to fulfil all essential need or requirement for enterprise (Ali
and Anwar, 2021). Typically, UK industry manager dealt with increased the level of pressure
because of high competition level. Therefore, it has been suggested that leadership
performance plays an important role and directly affects the enterprise overall performance.
Hospitality enterprise need to employ effective leadership approach in order to improve the
consumer satisfaction, community outreach and other kind of employee relations. Without
any doubt, the significant role of leadership will be increased the good relationship between
employee as well as employers.
In past decade, it has found that changing the environment in hospitality industry and
demand that can stressful for employees. Different hotel staff members at multiple level have
shared their opinion and following a proper ethical approach. This kind of approach is
increasing the profitability as well as productivity of enterprise. By considering motivational
theories, it is always influenced staff members to achieve desirable goals or objectives of
organisation. Moreover, understanding the work values which plays an important role for
employees and enabled the business to use motivational theories that supports to improve
working condition, job structure. In some cases, it lead to create a new policies and
procedures that are satisfied need of employees. In this way, it is automatically increases the

staff members towards organisational goals or objectives (Ali and Anwar, 2021).. This kind
of opportunity supports to achieve improve the business productivity as well as profitability
in marketplace. Throughout study, it is majorly focused on the enhancement of staff
member’s performance because of increasing the quality of service. Hence, it will be gaining
more profitability of hotels. The research helps in terms of evaluating the actual performance
of employee in hospitality industry at UK, identifying the importance of motivational theories
which influence employees to serve the best longer or dedication towards job responsibility.

to research topic. This are of two types and those are probability and non-probability
sampling method. Probability sampling method has been determined as the random selection
of the group of people that provides information (WARFIELD, 2020). Whereas, non-
probability sampling is based on the subjective element. Under this, the population has been
selected on the basis of subjective element. In this research, analyst has used the simple
random sampling technique and that is probability sampling method. 30 employees of the
Ritz hotel have been taken as a sample in context of revealing the opinions and information
related to research topic.
Data analysing
This refers to analysing the collected data. Major information that has been gathered
throughout the research process has been analysed in order to reveal the final outcomes. This
plays crucial role in the whole research process as the data has been gathered needs to be
interpret in regards to analysing the outcomes. This is parted in two parts and those are
thematic and statistical analysis. Thematic analysis refers to preparing different themes and
charts with the help of Excel. Different themes have been prepared in order to analyse major
outcomes. On the other hand, statistical analysation has been done when the quantitative data
has been gathered. The analysation of the quantitative data has been done within using
statistical technique. In this research, Excel chart has been used in order to analyse the
information. Thematic analysation has been done in context of revealing findings. Themes is
being prepared that enable analyst in order to generate effective outcomes.

Ethical consideration
Maintaining ethics and morals are highly important during conducting the research. It
clarifies that research has been performed within maintaining complete ethics and morals. In
this research the ethics has been mainlined in effective manner. The major aspects that has
been performed by the researcher are:
Informed consent- This has been considered as providing information to the participants that
is related to conducting the research. Major information and reason behind conducting the
research has been analysed to the participants and then the form has been signed by them.
The decision has been taken by participants themselves no force has been made towards them
in regards to taking part in research.
Confidentiality- The privacy of the participants has been maintained throughout the research
and after the research as well. Personal information of the participants has been protected and
no harm has been created towards it. Thus, in this manner, analyst has performed the ethical
concern in the research.

and finding the possible outcomes. It has been performed the discussion on the basis of
