INTRODUCTIONEmployee relations play an important role in every business organization to maintain ahealthy relationship among all the subordinates and superiors. It positively affects the overallperformance of company. With the help of this, business organization easily establishes their settargets and goals in an appropriate manner. Along with this, employees are the main pillars forevery kind of association as they highly contribute in the overall success of business byperforming their tasks and activities effectually (Atkinson and Hall, 2011). For attaining thesame, it is important for employer to maintain better relations with them which leads in attainingcompetitive advantage in an effective manner. Present report is based on ALDI which is a supermarket chain that operates their business in the UK. In this organization, approx. 5000 workerswork to attain their targets. This assignment discusses different references of frames whichimpact on employee’s relation. Along with this, main players also mentioned in this report whichplay important role in employee relations. Further, collective bargaining is also discussed whichis used by company to resolve the conflict situation in an effective manner. Along with this,human resource manager also formulates some effective strategies which help in maintainingbetter relations in between the employee and employer. TASK 11.1 Different frames of referencesMaintaining positive and healthy relations with employees is more important for themanager because it directly impacts on organizational activities. Thus, positive relations withemployees help company to attain long term benefits. In this, manager plays an important role inwhich they provide better motivation in order to increase their morale and confidence levelwhich helps in attaining the set goals and objectives in appropriate time frame. For this, there aresome frames of references used by the manager to build healthy relations with all staff members.These can be understood by some segments are as follows:Unitary approach: It is an effective and important approach which is used by themanagement to manage all operational activities in an effective manner. Basically, ithelps in providing better direction to employees to work together for a common purpose.In this, all the workers share equal efforts to attain set targets in an effective manner (Auand Marks, 2012).
