Under the research the major ethical issue is related with obtaining consent from respondents and managing their confidentiality and responsiveness. Out of 50 respondents, 20 have said that the major dimension of employee motivation is related with employee promotion. Other than this, 10 respondentsmentionedthatemployeerecognitionisthemaindimensionofemployee motivation. Whereas, only 10 respondents said that employee fringe benefits are the core dimension of employee motivation. At last 10 respondents have said that employee working condition is the major dimension of employee motivation. It plays an important role as it increases the productivity and efficiency of employees due to which they give productive outcome in accomplishing the task. Performance increased by receiving employee motivation Interpretation:According to the graph demonstrated above this is stated that employee motivationisdirectlylinkedwithorganisationalandemployeeperformance.Outof50 respondents, 45 have said that their performance has increased with the help of employee motivation. Besides this 5 have said that their performance has not increased due to employee motivation. This is the major reason that organisations are adopting schemes of employee motivation so that to attain higher sustainability within their business. On the other hand, 10 respondents have said that by offering impressive benefits to employee Boots retail is able to develop employee motivations level. On the other hand, 15 have said that setting of small measurable objectives within organisation will lead Boots to enhance employee motivation. At last 10 have said that by establishing effective communication within the organisation Boots may enhance employee motivation within workplace.
CHAPTER SIX: CONCLUSION, RECOMMENDATIONS & EXECUTION FOR FURTHER RESEARCH Conclusion From the above research this can be concluded that employee motivation is considered as one of the greatest aspect which is used within business and helps in gaining various objectives in the business. With the help of employee motivation this is easier for the companies to enhance their business objectives and to develop market aspect as well. This is analysed that employee motivation is one of the greatest dimension which is used within business so that to acquire success and to develop market prominence as well. Recommendations This is analysed that Boots is required to develop various aspects in their business so that they can develop employee motivation and retain their employees within their organisation. In this manner with the help of effective communication Boots may generate higher employee motivationwhich leadsthe organisationto develop employeeproductivityand employee retention as well. On the other hand, by providing measuring amount of motivation higher employee engagement can be attained which helps in developing the business so that to exert higher retention as well. EXECUTION FOR FURTHER RESEARCH The present research has taken out information about the importance of motivation schemes in an organisation as this helps in encouraging and motivating employees. In the present research primary and secondary piece of information is taken out. This would help in conducting research in future as proper information about sources would be known.
