Human manager are important partof an organisation as they used to applies various effective strategies to increase the productivityof employees, develop training session or provide on job and off job training to entrepreneurthat support in better growth and development. Company is planning in production of healthybakery product of best quality such as protein rich pan cakes, sugar free pastry, muffins etc. they1
also open new store with attractive name “Eat and Fit” that describe what actually company isselling. In recent time, almost each customer willing to buy and eat goods that are good for healthand most important parents are always in search to feed their children with product that are easilydigestive, gives more energy and have more nutritional. Delicio Patisserie new store will makeavailable variety of bakery product that are fit for health and fulfil the requirements of customer(Fayolle and Redford, 2014). The HR manager use to implement labour intensive techniques andnot to make use of any kind of automatic machinery that will help to produce good quality ofbakery product. Management decide to offer valuable product line such as protein bar, digestivebiscuits, different pastries that are rich in nutrient and pan cakes, breads, cookies etc. They offerproduct of different flavours that makes their menu attractive and gives more option for customerto make choose as per their needs. HR manager of company makes more profitable for company by applies tactics toincrease sales such as providing special cakes on famous festival in UK and other special productthat are manufacture according to requirements.
