INTRODUCTIONThe equality and diversity in the business organisation plays a very crucial and vital rolein business operations. The maintaining of proper equality will help organisation to handle andexecute it business operations in a better way. It will also support business operations to managethe needs and demands of people from different cultural background and help learning orteaching firm to maintain a proper harmony by promoting better equality at work place andsupporting the people from diverse background (Alhejji and et.al., 2018). The report will lay asignificant emphasis on measure to promote equality and diversity, different strategies are beendiscussed to set up classroom rules. The proper agenda and initiative will be taken in effectivethought process by teaching firm. Proper professional agencies are to be handled in effective wayto handle various business operations. Besides this, the effective reflection will be presented byresearcher at learning and training firm. Main bodyTASK 22.1 and 2.3 Define meaning of equality and diversity in creation of safe and learningenvironment for the learners during teaching practices.The teaching and learning practices are required to be followed in maximum number thatwill help business organisation to handle its operations in a better way. I will see through theadoption of effective measures that will help me to promote the better equality and diversity atthe teaching firm. The equality is practice or the behaviour of treating everyone equally, inregard of their age, gender, languages, cultural background, religion, race, colour, class,ethnicity, beliefs and other physiological factors (van Dijk, 2017). On the other hand, Diversity isunique difference that make an individual different from another in a group of people. The betterfollowing of equality practices and promotion of supporting the diversification of people by mewill help the teaching firm to develop a better handling of wide range of business operations thatwill help the company to handle different learning measures and creation of a safe environment.The incorporation of different equality measure like common classrooms, implementationof no discrimination policy, celebrating and accepting differences, creating a positive perceptionabout each other in class room. I have also taken proper care of mitigating differences andinequalities, promoting interpersonal understanding and transparency among students or learnersand preventing the development of any sort of stereotyping that can harm the people in physical,1

mental or psychological way. Besides this, developing the group of people with cultural mix andpromoting the proper socio cultural integration has also helped me to catalyse the developmentof safe and supportive learning environment for the people of diverse cultural background.Other than this, I have also established a set of rules and regulations in class rooms toavoid and stop any sort of differences or discrimination. Besides this, it has also helped me todevelop better learning practices and measures that will help the learners or students to improvetheir knowledge and skill sets in a safe and sustainable environment (Ng and Rumens, 2017).Also, I have taken proper measures to increase the opportunities of progression and reduce thelanguage or understanding based differences at the classroom. I will also help the students withthe physical disability to get extra support and care along with equal and fair chance to showcasetheir skill set and knowledge. The following of different legal obligations and policy measureswill help me to have a better handling of the learning process for the group of people fromdiverse background. Besides this, I will look after better knowledge transmission process and delivering ofinformation at workplace, and will keep a regular check at workplace to identify any sort ofsymptom related to discrimination and differences. Other than this, the recruiting of trained andqualified staff and work force at learning centre and managing conflicts and depression amongthe learners will be key target measure to create and develop a secure and stress free, learningenvironment. This will also help in promoting better self help and referral practice for student,reduces the chances of illness and promoter the better negotiation and management strategiesthat will be followed by me and other staff at learning centre. It will also help in better handlingof various directional and dissemination efforts that are been taken in consideration by the firm.This will help the cited teaching firm to meet the needs and demands of learning organisation.This process will support learning firm in effectively meeting the needs and demands of theirstake holders, learners and clients. The safe and supportive environment will help in betterdevelopment of quick learning processes and motivate the students to work effectively. Besidesthis, it will pave the path of implementation of better information system at learning centre. 2.2 identify 5 strategies and actions used to promote equality and diversity.Various strategies and actions are been taken in considerations by me to promote thebetter strategies and actions to promote a good equality and diversity.
