1.0 Introduction
Brain tumour refers to a health problem in which mass or growth of abnormal cells in the
brain. It includes different types of tumours present in brain including non cancerous (benign),
cancerous (malignant), primary brain tumours and metastatic brain tumours. However, it can be
considered as very complex health problem because it can disrupt functioning of brain and whole
body functions are regulated by mind of an individual (Agran and et. al., 2016). The present
report is based in brain tumour fund raising for support, people suffering from brain tumour and
their families to overcome with the same. This assignment will focus on evaluating the
development of individual skills and demonstrate individual development with evidence. It will
also include individual contribution to overall teal performance and experiences through Gibbs'
model of reflection. The areas need to develop and opportunities of learning by considering key
study & employability skills are given below.
2.0 Audit and evaluation of key skills
2.1 Examine and evaluate the development of individual skills
The campaigning and event organising for fund raising to support patients of brain
tumour is a significant aspect. It is necessary for relevant organisations to utilise effective posters
and banners in terms of influencing people for donating money for welfare of individuals
suffering from brain tumour. However, this disease is very critical and its treatment is much
expensive which is not easily affordable for everyone. Moreover, it has been analysed that a
efficient teamwork and effective communication skills are required to convince people which
facilitate to gain more funds to help sick individuals (Assiter, 2017).
2.1.1 Teamwork skills
Teamwork skills are very important because every member should complete their tasks
properly to complete entire project of team. A mistake of single person may impact negatively on
project outcomes. It is necessary for team members to create an effective understanding among
them and perform their tasks with the help of efficient cooperation of them which facilitate to
raise more funds to support patients of brain tumour.

2.1.2 Communication skills
The communication skills plays an important role to complete work in a team and
convince citizens for specific purpose i.e. to raise funds. It consist to have ability of active
listening, use of simple words and give satisfied answer to other people. Meanwhile, it is
essential for team of brain tumour fund raising communicate effectively for working with proper
cooperation and convince more citizens to donate sufficient amount (Drew, 2018).
2.1.3 Decision making skills
The decision making skill is an important aspect while conduct an event for fund raising
to put efforts in correct direction in order to achieve desired goal. It is important for team
members to share every information with other members in terms of making appropriate decision
to organise efficient campaigns. Meanwhile, it is necessary to make make correct decision to use
proper poster and information which is helpful to make people understand about criticality of
brain tumour. It will encourage them for donating more funds for welfare of these patients with
brain tumour.
2.1.4 Time management skills
Team work for organising promotional campaigns requires an effective time management
for conducting number of tasks on proper time in order to attain set objective properly. It is
essential to make a plan of action to complete project work time to display it among citizens to
make event more effective. However, it is necessary to manage every related activity for making
campaign more profitable in terms of increasing funds for welfare of brain tumour patients.
2.2 Demonstrate individual development with specific example
An individual associated with campaigning for fund raising in terms of supporting brain
tumour patients required to develop their skills to contribute in success of such programs. It is
necessary to build up effective communication, decision making, time management, planning,
research, problem solving and time management (Lombardi and Coley, 2017). For example, it is
necessary to develop communication skills which is helpful to establish an effective relationship
among team in order to establish proper cooperation as well as coordination to perform properly.
Appropriate co0versation among tea is responsible for making correct decisions and sort out
problems easily without extra effort for organising event for fund raising. Communication skills
