INTRODUCTION
Managing business activities to achieve results emphasize on successful planning and
management of business operations. It provides knowledge and skills to employees to design
and helps in implementing the system. Operational systems are designed to develop
effectiveness and efficiency to achieve desired results. It shows interrelationship of business
processes and the implementation of operational plans. It also determines the maintenance of
quality system and safety measures in attaining satisfactory results. ABC Company has been
selected for this project report. Further, the report majorly focuses on different organizational
processes and functions.
TASK1
1.1 Evaluate the interrelationship between the different processes and functions of company.
As an operational manager of ABC a recruitment company, I have observed the overall
organization structure (Oyemomi. et.al. 2016). The main problem of ABC Company is its poor
management and ineffective leadership. The company faces deficits and all these are the causes
of organizational failure. The business processes is a collection of inter-dependent activities and
tasks. It creates service as well as products for business clients. Following are different business
processes recommended to ABC organization to improve the deficiencies of the organization:
Management Process- It is a system which includes strategic management and
corporate governance. It helps to determine several factors such as business plans, risk
assessment, management of risk, financial objectives, roles and responsibilities of
management (Medrano, and Medrano, 2016). It also includes other factors such as
quality control, identification of IT threat, contingency plan, disaster recovery and
compliance of legislations.
Business process re-engineering – It was developed by Hammer and Davenport to
improve organizational effectiveness and productivity. It involves complete demolition
of existing process and creates new and improved processes in place.
Interrelationship of above recommended business processes with different functions of the
ABC Company

The management process of business is recommended for ABC Company to improve the
poor and ineffective management (Grant, 2016). The application of management process in the
organization will convert deficits of organization into profits. It also helps to enhance growth of
the company by removing deficiency of business. On the other hand, Business process re-
engineering can be used in the organization to improve product and service of the company. It
helps in overcoming in delay operations of business by increasing the efficiency of employees.
It generates employment opportunities and converts organizational failure into success.

1.2 Justify methodology used to map processes of company's goals and objectives
Every organization is required to define its basic purpose, philosophy and value of doing
business.
Mission statement
The mission statement of organization defines nature of the company. It describes the
reason of existence of business and also defines its career path (Bacq,and Hartog, 2016). The
mission statement of ABC Company is designed to achieve long-term objectives but rely on the
short-term goals. The company focuses on short-term operational goals to achieve success.
Creating a mission statement is a group task. It requires involvement of board of directors and
