organization which seems to be important for them. in having the rewards and recognition for
their staff members that could have the impact over the business for decreasing the employee

and development opportunities to the staff so that they can improve their skills and capabilities.
When the staff is highly trained and educated about the work culture of the organisation then
they may provide more productive and Quality Services to the customer and it will also increase

goodwill and reputation of the restaurant in the market. Apart from this it has been seen that
every employee want growth in their career so restaurant must provide various growth and
promotional opportunity to their staff and workforce so that they will work with full of
enthusiasm and they will not think to switch the current organisation. When the organisation
