INTRODUCTIONIn business entity, changes are to be made by using correct and relevant procedure. It isprocess in which transformation of current condition into future situation become possible so thatthey can increase their opportunities. Staff members of firm have to capture possibilities andmake changes in their treatment services which they are providing to their consumers (Clinicalgovernance: implementing a change in workplace practice, 2016). In health & social care,management have to make positive changes in their services so that developments orimprovements can be done in a proper manner. Force associate have to maintain their relationwith consumers as for them it is necessary to deliver satisfactory services. Present report is basedon Local action for disabled (LAD) which is a business entity that running their residential homecare as well as other facilities to individual person who are disabled. This investigation containsfactors which assist in driving changes in health as well as social care. TASK 1Covered in BrochureTASK 22.1 Devise a strategyStaff members of LAD have to adopt appropriate and significant system which will assistin monitoring changes so they have to implement strategies which will aid in reaping best results.After implementing plan of action, employees of LAD have to check, analyse as well asevaluated them so that they can compare progress and according to that they can attain goals andobjectives (Andrews and et. al., 2013). For improving residential care home operations,strategies should be made and Denise have to use that. The monitoring system have to manageall services which they are providing to person who are suffering from diseases and this having aeffective measurement of influence of changes includes: Local actions for disabled have to boost their mechanism and also have to use appropriatetools so that they can collect or gather best information and have to make correctstrategies for collecting data (Delivering integrated care and support, 2016).1
