food sector. This firm is taking various initiatives in terms to meet out the need and wants of
customers. In addition to this present report will discuss the working as how McDonald's is
managing its facilities and operational responsibilities so that they are able to survive in this
competitive world. Thus, it can be said that effective management will be helpful in leading
operational function of firm effectively.

The McDonald's is need to take number of initiatives which will be helpful in terms to deal with
health and safety hazard. It is very essential for employees of the McDonald's to deal with the
things in terms to have health check up etc. the facilities' manager has number of responsibilities
towards the customer which helps to provide best services to the customers. In this main aim is
to maintain the satisfaction of customer and to gain understanding of customers so that firm can
deal with the things in effective and efficient mode. Thus, employees of the enterprise need to
put their best efforts to full fill these responsibilities and provide best experience to their
customer (Choi, Starbuck and Lee, 2018). The production of the food and beverage items is
helpful in terms to taste and preferences of the guest. This kind of planning structure is need to
be used so that food and beverage preparations. In order to maintain effective services it is
essential to deal with the things as are quality and hygiene. In this manner it can be said that
production of food and beverage item need to take the place as per the taste and preferences of

activities expertly. In this manager is need to be responsible in order to take initiative to have
collection of funds and resources so that each person can carry out these activities effectively.
Towards the customers- The customer are the important part of the business activities. Thus, it
can be said that reputations and image or the person is also essential factor which works as to
attract the customer so that they are able to attend the conferences willingly and with the help of
excitement. The manager need to made the promises with their staff so that each thing in the firm
can be carried in expertise mode. The manager is responsible person to understand the need and
demand of customer and take steps to perform this all activities effectively.
Hence, it can be said that McDonald is very responsible in term to maintain the safety
and quality of food. Manager need to check the temperature of food in terms to maintain the
health and safety hazards. In addition to this, it can be said that McDonald's is successful in

performance. It is because they perform daily activities in order to achieve goals and objectives.
It depends on the college and manager on which tool will be used for this. It also depends on
several factors that is cost and time. These two are most important element as increase in cost
will also rise in cost of college and time. The tools that are used in college are as follows :-
Review of training that has been organised by college for staff- Training plays the most
crucial role in improving the efficiency of staff in college (Cavdur, Kose-Kucuk and Sebatli,
2016). Beside this, it is also an important factor through which manager can review the
effectiveness of staff and operations. By evaluating training it can be identified that whether staff
has learned about process or mechanism or not. By this manager can take the feedback of staff. It

to know the strengths and weakness of staff so that tasks can be assigned to them according to
their abilities. A complete 360 degree evaluation will give an insight of experience of staff and
their contribution. Besides this, it will help in identifying decision making skills of staff and how

in keeping a check on the quality of a manager in terms of his effectiveness.
Keeping and maintaining checklist - Manager in college can keep a checklist of activities or

With this each tool efficiency can be measured. It will help in finding out which tool was
beneficial in improving the overall effectiveness of operations in college (Choi, Starbuck and
