INTRODUCTIONOperational management is a process that responsible to managing the business activityand operations effectively and efficiently. This management system is essential part of each andevery organization to supply an effective quality of good and services in marketplace. Thissystem is manages a different task and operations involves controlling, planning, coordinationand organizing etc. these are the important steps to establishing an effective business in globalworld. This report mainly focused to appointed a new Manager at Green park hotel in Unitedkingdom. This hotel has been sold by owner and new manger appointed to change theinfrastructure and design of hotels. This report will discuss about the various role andresponsibilities of manager towards the hotel, staff and their operations. It also describes thesafety and health, compliances and environmental in the hotel. All the information related guest,celebration, conference are collecting by manager. It will analyse the quality of operationdiscussed in this report.TASK 1AC1.1 responsibilities of the facilities' manager towards the staff at Green park hotelFacility manager is important person to manage overall hotel responsibilities whichcharges to the customer. He is the most important person and also known as Head of the land inUK. It is essential for eachand every staff member to aware about their specific role and responsibilities towards the hotel. AC1.2 Discuss the responsibilities the facilities' manager has for operational aspects of thebuildingFacility manager is the person that has responsibilities towards the various functions ofhotel. They have responsibilities of manager towards the business operations and building aneffective strategy for growth and development in the organizations.Building operations and management- Manager has responsibilities to establishing aneffective business all over the world. The statutory and legal law should be applicable in businessoperations. They take care of the hotel and their operations. Green park hotel has follows someexternal and internal statutory, legal laws applicable in the hotel. Statutory compliance- This compliance is generating a certification and licenses in thehotel to provide legal property by government (Spring and McCaffrey, 2017). It is essential forgreen park hotel to certified their hotel legally by government. It is timely renewal theircertificates and license. Development of evacuation program- It is very important for each and everyorganization to ensure that using fire evacuation and fire extinguishes for security purpose. Itwould be maintaining the emergency and annual report in the organizations.Maintenance and repair- The facilities' manager is provides the best services and goodto their customer. Hotel maintenance is essential because of their productivity. Most of thecustomers attract to the infrastructure and design so that it is important to maintain their servicesin proper manner.
