This hotel has 7 different accommodation properties that can be availed by the gusts or clients. Currently this hotel has been graded as a three star hotel (Ibismelbourne.com.au 2017). The online website of this Hotel provides 24x7 hours booking opportunity to their potential clients. The purpose of this report is to present the Venue Design Analysis and Venue condition analysis for making further development and refurbishment of the chosen premises. Part 1: Venue Design Analysis: (VDA) Analysis of the principles applied in the venue design The purpose of any Venue Design is to make the venue feasible in terms of market share, customer engagement, brand reputation and financial benefit. In Hospitality industry the purpose of making any hotel or restaurant could be provide pleasant environment to the visitors or meeting their specific needs in travelling. The chosen venue Ibis Hotel, Melbourne situated at the busy junction of 3 major roads of Melbourne city. Two of these major roads are Victoria Street and Therry Street. As per the location of this hotel, it can be assumed that the purpose of this location is to make the venue easily accessible for the potential clients.

There are many elements that need sincere attention of the facility department of Ibis Hotel, Melbourne. Especially the air conditioning system needs regular maintenance to make the premises out of risk. Disputed air conditioning system can cause various types of hazards including the fire hazards. Doors and windows are also needs serious assessment and maintaining. These types of discrepancy can also cause injury to the guest as well as to the employees of the organisation.
