TASK 1 Theories of management There are various theories of management within business environment which can be discussed as follows: Contingency management theory:
The Contingency management theory brings forward focus onto leaders business traits and visualisation of leading decisions, among company where various situations demand variable measures of flexibility within changing market and business demands within growing competitive scenarios.
