Introduction
Talent management have a wide scope in the entire HR process. It including attracting,
developing, motivating and retaining high performing employees. In current time period in many
tourism businesses it is observed retention ratio is low and even firms are not able to get best
employees on jobs at the workplace (What is talent management? 5 tips to do it right., 2019).
Due to this reason shortage of talent is observed at the workplace. In order to address such kind
of problems current research work is carried out.
Topic: To analyse the importance of talent management of employees in growth of hospitality
industry: A case study on Hilton hotel
Aim and objectives
Aim: To identify factors that play crucial role in talent mismanagement.
Objectives
To understand hospitality view on order to talent management implementation.
To study the different approaches of talent management in Hilton hotel.
To evaluate different challenges faced by hotel in talent management.
Research question
What are the views of the hospitality industry over talent management implementation?
How the different approaches of talent management of employee’s impact on growth of Hilton
hotel?
What are the different challenges faced by hotel in talent management?

Talent management now a day is one of the major problem for the business firms working
in tourism industry. Now a day’s firms are facing problem in retaining employees at the
workplace. Hence, current research is conducted (What is talent management? 5 tips to do it
right., 2019). It was necessary to carry out research because by using them factors that play
crucial role in low retention rate of the employees can be find out and steps that can be taken to
solve business problem can be identified in proper manner.
