This research is taken into consideration on impact of globalization over the human resource activities within organization. Human Resource Department plays a necessary role in an organization the main role of this department is to hire capable employees provide training and developmentperformanceappraisalandmanyothers.Companyprovidetrainingand development sessions to employees at the time of be presented on the job profile, thus it is the best way to train an individual towards a work. I faced many issues related to cost and time for better completion of work I have done the research by developing time plan by executing activities in a proper manner. I had been including secondary data that helps me in Collection of data in a effective manner. The questionnaire is the blocked in the primary method by considering the opinion and new points of selected respondents. On the other hand I showed that the data of test plan should be confidential and they can not face any issue regarding their personal data. By undertaking this project, I will improve my skills and knowledge towards the globalization and its impact on HR function of business organization. It support me in my future project activities, in which I can easily complete the project activities in most effective manner and also reduce the chances of arising any kind of issues and error within the project activities. During the execution of the project I have attained lots of skills and knowledge related to the area of globalization and its significant influence over the HR operations of firm. This in turns considered to be my good experience as I have gained the proper idea to implement all tools of methodologies in proper manner. In the project execution every things goes right and I have only facing the issue in accumulation of information, as respondents are not really showing their trust and giving real information and there is also lack of reliability of resources as it is crucial for me in serving fact full sources of data accumulation. subject area is based on the impact of Globalization over the Human Resource function of an organization. Thus, this is a wide subject area which is effective for me in developing my knowledge and this will assist me in addressing my future projects in more liable manner. 30
