consumer behaviour and attitude towards hospitality industry.
Consumer buying behaviour refers to the buying behaviour of people which may specific with
different factors that influence the individuals in terms of decision-making process and behaviour
towards hospitality industry. An individual customer has owned culture, membership groups,
family, personality and psychological which influencing by cultural trends (Passafaro, 2019). In
hospitality industry, customers behaviour always changing the market trends because most of
people attract towards the new style. In this way, industry have created the opportunity for
improving advertisement campaigns which are more efficient to fulfil needs of people. In order
to meet the specific expectation within hospitality industry. There are different types factors
influence the customer behaviour and attitude towards hospitality industry.
Cultural factor: It is important part when comes to understand the need of consumer and
behaviour. Generally, culture is part of society that causes the person behaviour and
attitude. The factor influences on buying behaviour of customer where hospitality
industry carefully identifies culture of group of people and provide the services according
to requirement. While it offers the equivalent gift and voucher so that many people used
the services.
Social Factor: It is mainly classified the group of people which are different lifestyles,
interest and behaviour towards services of hospitality industry. Every society must
possess the social class which is important for hospitality industry to provide services as
per the similar class of customer. Many people focused on the price which attract towards
quality of services due to innovative idea (Aksoy and Abdulfatai, 2019). Therefore, it
influences the consumer behaviour to use facilities and services of similar class.
Personal Factor: This factor is mainly including the lifestyle stage, economic
circumstances, occupations and personality. In this way, it can be determined that
preference of customer will change as per situation. Buyer behaviour influenced by
personal characteristic and experience. The factor directly influencing the consumer
buying decision because social values play important role in different age group people. it
may be depending on the relationship, single and status of people.
Psychological Factor: It also affecting on the purchase decision which may include
motivation, perceptions, attitudes and belief on the hospitality industry. In this way,
