Introduction
Accommodation management is the process where the
organisations are giving good quality services to customers top
give them the experience of staying. The organisation chosen for
the report is Hub by Premier Inn London City Bank and it was
founded in 2013 and has 61 rooms and more than 1565 hub
rooms. There is 10% increase in the tourists every year and the
organisation is giving the best services to customers. The report
includes front office department and housekeeping department
and the roles, yield management.

The sub departments of Rooms Division
There are many roles of the sub departments of the organisation
and they differ based on the size of the organisation. The
accommodation services have the major departments and the
services provided by them is dependent on the type and size of
the organisation. The operations of the organisation are done
by different room divisions.
Front office department- The organisation swill be directly
increasing the experience of customers and the front office
departments is important for achieving the goals of the
organisation.
