Part-A: Plan staffing
1. Identify HR needs for the business
The HR needs of the business for the next 12 months need to be based on the manner
in which talented employees in the marketing department be recruited. It is essential that the
marketing department of the organisation be enhanced so that recruitment and selection of the
candidates as well as the promotion of the company be made. Meeting agendas and emails
based on identifying the needs is required to be met by the HR department.
2. Develop HR capability or staffing plan to address the HR needs
The HR capability or staffing plan need to be made so that an address of the HR needs
in the marketing department can be fulfilled. It is essential to ensure that the staffing as well
as the HR capabilities be directed towards enhancing the organisation so that the marketing
assessment of the organisation can be developed. HR needs in the form of learning about the
ability by which people can be recruited need to enhance the level of recruitment within the
organisation.
