INTRODUCTION
Human resources management plays a vital role in the company because it is designed to
maximize staff members' performance. Basically, it is a practice of hiring, recruiting, managing
people in the company. The present report will be based on Jaguar, UK Which is luxury vehicle
brand of car manufacturer. The study will provide detailed information about different Human
resources management areas and importance of HRM to improve the organizational
performance. Furthermore, the study will analyse the weaknesses and strength of HRM its
contribution to successful business. Also, it will highlight the external and internal factors that
influence HRM decision in the workplace.
A comparison of the different HRM areas and their contribution to organizational performance
Role of HRM- HRM is the systematic practice done by HR Professionals in order to
manage the employees of the firm and handle their issues.
mission- to coordinate effectively with employee so that they can feel valued in the company.
Vision- to inspire staff members so that they can achieve organisational goals and objectives in
the future.
Objectives and goals-
the major objectives of HRM is to build strong relationship between different
departments of the company.
To offer high job satisfaction for employees to achieve organisational goals
To define organisational culture and business structure in order to drive employee’s
productivity.
According to Stone, Cox and Gavin, (2020) the major role of HRM is to recruiting, selecting,
hiring, motivate and retain people in order to create positive and maintain safe environment in
the company. The human resource management deals with major problems related to employees
such as development programs, training, communication and motivation. HRM of Jaguar
develop strategies to provide training, improving policies and retaining employees. They focus
on talent management, workplace safety and security and compensation and other benefits
(Fenech, Baguant and Ivanov, 2019). For example- By providing compensation, salary, wages
and time off, working flexibility the HR team keeps their employee job satisfaction high. These
motivational strategies positively impact in creating sustainable organizational performance
