activities & personnel in a systematic manner. The HR department's importance is higher in
terms of organizational development. HR departments are primarily concerned with human
resource management that may assist in the administration of all employee-related operations
such as salaries, wages, compensation, incentives, & day-to-day tasks. In this report, function

Introduction
In this fast running globe, it is determined that the role of human resource management is
taking a wider place &enhance the whole operations activities with the full consent of the
employees &other staff members. There are various functions are involved in human resources
department such as recruitment, selection, training, counseling, compensations &many more.
Every organization are more concerned about their employees &employer activities &also
concentrate on each &then every area in order to increase profits &boost their market position.
It is determined that, each person in an organization's human resource department is in charge
for recruiting, selection, induction, learning &development, remuneration, job design, task
analysis & assessment methods (Bhowal and Saini, 2019). The primary goal of this research is
to describe the Morrison's company's HR policies &functions. Morrison's is a well-known
British multinational retailer supermarket &store chain with locations all over the world. The
headquarters of this organization, which was founded in 1899, is in Brandford, England. It is
analyzed that William Morrison mainly created this organization. The primary goal of this
report is to focus on the functions &strategies of the human resources &also explain the
recruitment &selection process. It is determined that duties of Human Resources Management
will be discussed in this study, as well as the strengths &weaknesses of the recruiting
&selection process. This report will describe the role of Human Resources in the context of an
organization &also examine & evaluate HR systems & procedures in the context of managing
organization performance in order to achieve goals. Furthermore, it will analyze talent
development practices utilizing best practice models. In this assessment , it is determine that
organizational setting, assess the success of selection &recruitment procedures.

organization. Morrison's is a well-known grocery &retail shop business with sites everywhere
globe. This organization, which had been created in 1899, has its headquarters in Brandford,
