enhance a performance of a firm in the world. Sun Court ltd. Is a generalist provider in UK. They
provide effective and efficient home care services to old age persons. “ People R Us” provide
effective and appropriate training to the employees to enhance their product and service in the
industry. By effective training and development Sun court ltd. Can enhance a performance and
also maintain services in the world. This report includes different learning styles, learning curve,
role of government etc. Training program help to increase efficiency in the industry.

1.1 Comparing different styles of learning
It may be different for different people because they use various type of learning styles to
learn new things. Learning is unique because all people follows different types of learning styles.
Main aim of learning style is that they provide effective and efficient way to learn new thing in
