INTRODUCTIONDevelopment of human resource is much fundamental for each and every kind ofassociation. This assists to improve work performance of staff members by providing training tothem (Brewster and Hegewisch, 2017). There are various kind of improvement programs whichare planned by firm as well as regulatory body to increase skills, knowledge and abilities ofemployees. It is required for people to complete their task in an effective way. Along with this,government of country develop some programs which aid to enhance work quality ofindividuals. Present report is based Sun court limited which is established in United Kingdom.They are suffering from budget cut as they are funded by ministry body almost 56% but nowthey decreased it by 20%. therefore, they do not have sufficient amount of fund so that it isessential for them to cater training to their employees to improve their work effectiveness. Withassistance of this, they can reduce unnecessary cost from and this will help them to increase theirprofits. TASK 11.1 Different type of learning styleIn recent era, organisation has to provide learning opportunities to their staff members;therefore, this will improve their career. This will be associated with values, skills, knowledge,behaviour, preferences and many more. If workers complete their task by utilizing newtechniques then, it will increase reputation of firm (Rees and Smith, 2017).There are many learning theories which is described by various researchers. It isnecessary for an association to adopt them because it will be useful to keep up propercommunication. David Kolb discussed about four distinctive kinds of learning. Whereas AlanMumford and Peter honey described distinguish styles. These hypothesis are mentioned asbeneath:Kolb's Learning Style: There are 4 types of learning which will comprise into this, it isstated as below:Divergence: Individuals who include into this are having much patience and never reacton troubles. But they will wait or give their reaction in an appropriate manner. They havean ability to complete their task in creative way and take judgements properly. Majordisadvantage is that, this type of persons will not able to do physical job effectively. 1
