Present study will be focused on Chocolate Presence Company. This organization is
based in North Yorkshire that is providing tailor based greetings cards serves in almost all part of
UK. HRM is very much important for all SME organisations as this will be regulating their
operations on daily bases which means that they could perform better with help if it.
Report will basically include objectives that will lead by human resource department in
organization. It will also include strength and weakness of selection method that is being used in
the company and improvements that is being done in chocolate presence. It will salso include
advantages and disadvantages of advertising jobs. Furthermore, it will include benefits of
graduate training schemes and internship of employees of Microsoft. It emphasizes on employee
