INTRODUCTION
Human resource management is an important part of an organisation, in which managers
play an important role in managing the entire workforce. They formulate various plans and
policies in order to handle work of employees. They perform various task like recruiting
candidates within enterprise, provide essential training to them and update their skills and
abilities on regular basis (Schuler, Jackson and Tarique, 2011). These processes help in gaining

Workforce planning refers to a procedure in which HR managers of a company used to
