INTRODUCTION
In organisation role of human resource management is to managing employees along with to
handling some of activities like recruitment, training and development, performance appraisal
along with other factor which plays an important role to concerned specific business fulfil overall
requirements (Al-Minhas, Ndubisi and Barrane., 2020). The major practises are operates and
mobilise the employees on the basis of their performance for mapping and provide them useful
resources like machinery, pay structure, briefing about their roles and responsibilities, training
and development , performance appraisal effectively. In this report the organisation is considered
as Mark and Spencer company which is British multinational business venture that they usually
offer premium base of product and services within United Kingdom as well as international
level. The product is majorly focused on home appliances, textiles, cosmetics, food and
beverages and much more. The report is consisting about the importance organisation design
theory in the context of organisational fore better structure fulfilling. To implies different
approaches and techniques of maintaining and attracting for developing and better reward
system (Braga and et. al, 2019). Contempary knowledge about support for emerging HR
development. This is one of organisational design respond and adapt to change management and
relationship that exists to using of specific organisation situation.

process of effective organisation design rules and regulation are mobilise by human resource
department on which it circulated in better way to execute work operation in specific
organisation. In Marks and Spencer their human resource management are most valuable

basis of culture and values. In following there is importance of organisational theory which

Handling the Uncertainty situation: According to this importance of organisation theory
explain about the uncertainty factor which occurs in during organisation design and it
creates a negative environment. To deal with it human resource management of any
organisation scrutinize overall situation and make sure that the uncertainty factors must

organisation always needs a new manpower on which their expertise of skills and unique
knowledge can help to fetch the product and services to the customer and not only that
also enhance the business growth bus stop in perspective of Mark and Spencer they
always deal with their condition she is like clashing with other competitors, lack of
budget coma employee turnover and other factors on which human resource play
important role by making work policy is along with generate new manpower
organisation. Mark and Spencer have certain policies on which human resource
management regulate activities and their employees productivity and control the overall
efficiency is on the basis of performance along with to make ensure that uncertainty
factor can mitigate for better Cooperative edge.
