INTRODUCTION
People working in an organisation are regarded as the valuable resource this is because it
is the people whose efforts helps a company to achieve their target and goals. So every
organisation wants to maximise and utilise their efforts. Therefore, human resource management
in an organisation has function to manage and arrange employees to achieve strategical business
goals. Ella's kitchen is retail company that manufacture and supply organic baby product in
various supermarket. In order to recruit and retain the talent, HR manager need to formulate
HRM practices (Macke, and Genari, 2019). Therefore, following report is focus on the function
of the HRM and its scope in context to chosen organisation. Moreover, report also highlights the
key benefits of HRM practices for both employee and Ella's Kitchen. It has been found there are
certain labour law that a HR manager need to be noted while taking any decision.

Ella's kitchen is the leading manufacture and supplier of the organic baby product in the
various international supermarket. In recent phase of time Ella's Kitchen is flourishing as the
healthiest baby product brand around the world. Despite employing only 62 employees they are
doing tremendous job just because of their HRM practices. Human resource management in a
organisation tends to manage and control the human activity so that maximum output can be
seized.
Purpose of HRM at Ella's Kitchen
The main aim of adopting HRM practices in organisation to similitude employees action
in accordance to the strategical goals of the employer. HRM practices assist Ella's Kitchen in
exchanging information and policies to the new employees and the primary purpose of HRM at
Ella's Kitchen is to make sure they have adequate task fore for manufacturing organic baby.
Moreover, Human resource management actions are ideal method to construct employee
satisfaction.

accomplishing the set goals. Following are the some crucial functions that HR personnel of Ella's
kitchen perform in their routine working-

Employees working in organisation are looking for a handsome salary; hence, a sound
compensation system could be used as acquisition and retention strategy of the HR
function. An organisation that has firm relationship with their employees tends to achieve more
effective performance; thus, it is responsibility of HR department to work on the
physical, social and mental and behavioural delineate of the employee to build a strong
bonding with employees (Ren, Tang and Jackson, 2018).
