Qualitative method is used in this research because this shows research technique in more presentationofcollectedoutcome.Primaryandsecondarysourcesareusedtocollect information.Inprimarymethod,thereisfacetofaceinteractionamongresearcherand respondents, while in secondary sources information is collected through online sources, books, etc. With collecting information from both the sources it is easy for researcher to collect in- depth information about research topic. Primary data is collected through questionnaire. Questionnaire is set of questions which is asked with some candidates about research topic. Descriptive research design is used in this research. With this it is easy for researcher to represent research in more better and effective manner. Deductive approach is used because this provides complete information which justified conclusion and recommendations about research topic.
