marketing team, chocolate production team and packaging and distribution team. It is famous for
creating innovative chocolates which has different flavours and designs.

organisation (Murthy and Kinange, 2018). It plays various roles and uses the best selection
method to ensure that the company is recruiting and retaining the best workers for developing
