The HR. team at 'Say itwith Chocolate' is working very nicely and efficiently as they organize effective trainingprogrammes and they call experts for conducting training programmes. Training anddevelopment is one of the most important part or function of HR. as it helps in increasingknowledge ans skills of employees at each level. Management of performance- This is the primary function of HR. as it helps inevaluating and measuring the level and quality of performance of employees. In order to achievetargeted goals and objectives, HR. manager ensures betterment and improvement in theirperformance of work. Management and performance has great importance as without systematicor proper management company cannot able to manage and develop there employees as well asthere organisation. 2. Roles and Responsibilities of Human Resource OfficerThere are several types of roles and responsibilities of HR. officer as they are the keypeople in company.
