form of MIS system, managing the leave policies, handling recruitment and joining formalities
as well as overall the salary and payroll management part with PF, ESIC and other allowances
and employment development decided through Human Resource department.

satisfaction when all needs or expectations get fulfilled successfully and dissatisfaction when
work environment or grievances are not be considered for solving purpose some organisation

in Aston Martin venture, they appreciate to potential or goal achiever employees in the

responsibility, while Theory Y reflects about peoples as they are very confident, actively

measuring the behaviour of employee movement in premises (Ryan and Deci, 2020). As

objective to related work.

As per the company perspective which has been considered for human resource is Aston
Martin company, they have set of HR polices and other compliances that derives about the
employee benefits and making their job secure. As per the Aston Martin's Human resource
manager they have practise to keep motivate their employees through Talent Acquisition,
Appraisal, Rewards and Incentives etc.
The steps which can considered to be taken for keep employee motivated:
 By conducting Employee Engagement activities in month wise to making involve the
employees in other creative and innovate activities.
 To setting some rewards management and talent acquisition program for enhancing
guidance about better performance will give some sort of rewards behalf of fulfil the
organisation objectives in the organisation (Wang and et . al., 2019).
 Enhancing Training and Development to motivate skilled and unskilled employees
skills and knowledge and encourage them to further task objectives.
 Solving all grievances and fulfil their actual professional requirement which they
entitled or deserve to be received from organisation (Stupnisky and et . al., 2018).
 It is having essential to increase their salary hikes and incentives or bonus in terms of
performances which brings favourable outcomes, as well as timely conduct of
performance appraisal that will generate the motivation factor to individual employee.
