INTRODUCTION :
A Human Resource is a form of division of a particular business or organisation to
managing employees as well as to screening, recruiting, selecting, induction along with optimum
training and development for employee benefits program (Khan and et . Al ., 2018). As Human
Resource plays an key role to helping the companies to making trading with fast growing
business environment and a greater demand quality of employees productivity. The roles and
responsibility of an Human resource is to manage the employees personal documents through
form of MIS system, managing the leave policies, handling recruitment and joining formalities
as well as overall the salary and payroll management part with PF, ESIC and other allowances
and employment development decided through Human Resource department.
By determining the United Kingdom automotive industry known as Aston Martin plc
which British independent manufacture of luxury sports cars and grand tourers. It was founded in
1913 by Lionel Martin, having 2,450 employees are currently working with yearly revenue is
$952.4 million. Aston Martin's Human resource role is to optimising Talent Acquisition
program, enhance low compensation and reduce the communication gap (Anderman., 2020).

A human resource is a one of the practise of management activities where it is used to
manage and control the workforce as well as provide the training and development, induction
and optimise the payroll, hiring and employee engagement for better work compliance to the
organisation perspective (Armstrong, M. and Taylor, S., 2020).
B) What is motivation?
The description about Motivation is derives to the individual person's willingness and
desire to accomplish their goals. Motivation works on three main objectives that are intensity of
desire or need, offer incentives or reward towards the goal aspect and having an expectations
with the individuals in terms of performances and work productivity.
C) Discuss at least two motivational theories in context of organisation.
The role of motivation works in Aston Martin premises through leaders and managers
influence to the employees in a positive way.
