Introduction
Human resources management is defined as an important part of
business entity that mainly ensure effective management & development
of employees. In addition to this, there are numerous efforts and initiatives
which are taken by Human resource department with an aim to motivate its
employees (Järlström, Saru and Vanhala, 2018). Moreover, there are
different HR emerging trends has been found that is going to be described
such as cross culture engagement, Artificial intelligence and many more.

Emerging HR development
Workforce behavior and culture: -This emerging human resource
trend is associated with creating a positive working environment by
analyzing & directing behavior of staff members towards specific task
(Bhasin, S., 2012).
Work life balance: In the present time, the main emphasis of
companies is to give such workplace where staff members is able to
maintain a proper balance among work & personal life as well.

Emerging HR development
Artificial Intelligence: It is considered as one of the important and
new HR trend that assist an entity to learn from web-based networking
media and enhance its performance level (Rodríguez-Sánchez, 2019).
E-HR: It is termed as function of human resource that is associated with
use of electronic application and information which help in attaining better
outcome.

Impact on the role of the HR function
 Employee engagement: - In order to implement changes in a company,
staff members engagement is important in order to get higher growth
and success.
Revise policies: - Change within human resource practice needed a
company to revise or develop changes within policies (Cserháti and
Szabó, 2014).

Impact on the role of the HR function
 Equality: It is significant for an organisation to maintain equality
between employees as it help in making changes within HR practices
that take place due to emerging HR trends.
 Creation of friendly environment: Adoption &execution of changes
within human resource practices, favourable and positive environment
is important at workplace (Riccucci, Naff and Hamidullah, 2019).

Conclusion
From the above discussion of emerging Human resource trend, it has been
concluded that companies focus has been shifted from managing
operations to managing employees. In the present business scenario,
business entities are continuously making changes in employee
management with an to motivate them and improve their performance
level.
