Introduction
Information Systems are helpful to resolve different issues in an organization and it
increases the performance of employees as well [1]. Most of the organizations are
having information systems and digital technologies to manage their different
business functions. There are many services in an organization, which can be easily
handled by digital technologies and innovations. It is a common thing in the present
era, to adopt digital technologies for various processes in a company [2].
The Westfield Group is a huge group, which have more than 100,000 products and
various services. The company faced a huge problem from online shopping and
mobile application for online shopping. The company has implemented a lab to
setup ecosystems, which provides different digital facilities to attract online shopper
in the real world.
This report will include ethical analysis framework for the analysis of the company
and IT governance framework for the analysis of various issues in the company
because of digital diversity. This report will provide different ethical implications
because of digital disruption in various processes.
In this report, the COBIT IT governance framework will describe the various security
issues in information systems. It will provide solutions for information assets of the
company and creates roles and responsibilities to manage different business
processes using security policies and laws. This report will provide
recommendations for the Westfield group in the later section and that
recommendation must adopt by the management to improve their business in the
future.
Ethical analysis Framework
Westfield has implemented digital lab to invent innovative innovation and
ecosystems for providing new facilities, which can be helpful in attracting online
shopper in the mall. Digital disruption is necessary to attract online shopper in the
physical world for shopping.

The company has implemented different types of facilities in the mall to attract
customers using digital technologies, such as car parking payment services, food
mobile app, and many others. It is necessary to implement those services, which
can provide a competitive advantage to the company. There are many different
issues in the implementation of digital technologies in an organization.
The Westfield has faced some challenges because of that implementation. The
company should adopt an ethical framework to prevent whole systems from those
implications [3]. The company should analysis about those ethical issues. It uses an
ethical analysis framework to remove all those implications from the company [4].
