This research project investigates the impact of globalization on the success of Marks & Spencer (M&S), a leading British retailer. The project uses a qualitative research methodology, including a questionnaire survey of M&S employees, to explore the relationship between globalization and key business outcomes such as productivity, revenue generation, customer engagement, and competition. The findings suggest that globalization has played a significant role in driving M&S's success, but also highlights challenges and opportunities for the company in a globalized marketplace.
