INTRODUCTIONThe term Globalisation refers to as the process between people in terms of interaction andintegration (GLOBALISATION & HRM, 2013). This is a process that is followed betweencompanies along with people and also the governments worldwide. In the following report, CaffeNero has been taken into consideration. It is a coffee house in European style that isheadquartered in London. Thus, this report highlights on aims and objectives with help of producing projectmanagement plan. Furthermore, this report also provides with WBS and Gantt chart. In additionto this, whole report is based on research that facilitates the impact of Globalisation on HumanResource Management within Caffe Nero.LO 1P1. Devising project aims and objectives.BackgroundGlobalisation is the movement of goods, services and people freely across the wholeworld in an integrated manner (Agarwal and Al Qouyatahi, 2018). The impact of Globalisationon economy, politics and society has increased functionally within individual countries. Thus, ithas affected very significantly to the standard of living, economic growth and general availabilityand also to the products that are affordable. It is also been grounded in a theory of comparativeadvantage in which it has been stated that countries those are good in producing particular goodare better in exporting them to those where there is lack of efficiency in producing good.CaffèNero is a leading coffee house company founded in London in 1990 and now operating inseveral international locations. The company ranks as the UK’s third the biggest coffee shopchain according to number of storesand ranked as the fourth biggest on the European coffeemarket in 2015. Caffe Nero is one of the most visited coffee shop and sandwich bar companies inthe UKand contributed a total revenue of 255 million British pounds to the UK coffee shopindustryin 2015.

The cited company runs more than 825 coffee houses in nine countries currently. Thebase company is situated in Luxembourg. The company buys the coffee from traders that hasdirect relationship with farmers and also pays a fair price. The founder of the company startedNero Foundation in order to support communities of coffee growing and also local communitiesthat were located near the stores they had before.The main aim and objectives has been discussed as per below context.Aim-“To analyse the impact of Globalisation on Human Resource Management.” a case studyof Caffe Nero.Objectives- To determine the importance of globalisation in Human Resource management withinCaffe Nero.To investigate impact of globalisation in coffee house.To analyse the benefits due to globalisation from Caffe Nero.To analyse present finding and provide recommendations regarding it.

P2. Producing project management plan covering aspects of cost, scope, time, quality,communication, risk and resources.Project Management Plan is defined as the way in which individual organizes and alsomanges the resources that are actually necessary in order to complete a particular project(Anderson and Morrison, 2018). Furthermore, the main purpose of this plan that document thathelps everyone that are involved with that particular project in order to communicate and detailthe information and also describe process that has to be undertaken by the project. It is thepractice to initiate, plan, execute, control and closing of work to achieve the goals that are beingtargeted within specific period. Cost- Cost shows the budget that is required to complete the particular project. In this theproject manager that represents me is responsible in dispersing resources in appropriatemanner (Wilton, 2016). Scope- I have to improve scope in the project management plan. Thus, to make a projectas an automated process they will have to first define the scope by stating the beginningand end of the process.Time- they must also analyse the time that will be taken in order to complete a particularproject. Quality- Quality plays vital role in plan of project management. The project should havean ability in defining the quality.Communication- this outlines about the communication regarding project to theaudiences. This plan helps in ensuring that right information is delivered to right person. Risk- in this, the risk that re unlikely to occur and that one who also has the low costs aremainly noted in this plan.Resources- Resources that are required in project management plan is not only money butalso skills and talent that helps in delivering project successfully.
