While conducting this research, I grab an opportunity to perform as an investigator over
the topic as an impact of digital technology on the growth of small business. This aid me in
improving my area of knowledge on the specific topic as digitalisation as well as my research
skill. Through this, I analyse specific uses of different tools and techniques that aid me in
gartering information easily. For performing effectively in this research, I used primary and
secondary both methods for data collection practices. This help me in identifying appropriate
uses of such methodology in context of different situations. In context of Literature review, I
prefer to implement secondary research that aid me in analysing views and critiques of different
authors upon the specific uses of digitalisation and social media. For conducting secondary
research, I have used numerous articles, books and journals for desired research findings. On the
other hand for data analysis, I implemented primary research method in which I have used
questionnaire approach that aid me in analysing point of view of different individuals who can be
the service provider or users of firm. While conducting the research, I have experienced
numerous issues as excessive time or cost of investigating each activity properly. It also could be
related to ethics and reliability of information that I considered properly so that I keep data
secure. This research determine a positive experience of investigating new things by analysing
their challenges and benefits.
5.4 Alternative research methodology
It is very important to determine the best possible solution for a relevant topic that ease
the process of decision making. Different kind of methods can be used to figure out authentic
answer of a particular research. In the above mention topic appropriate questionnaire is used to
