act of keeping the staff members. The employee retention consists systematic effort through a
company to develop environment that address requirements of employees so that they can stay
for long period of time. Every company spend more on attracting best talent. Staff contribute
towards success of firm and these contributions impact directly bottom line of business.
Employees which stay within firm for long time period contribute effectively and they are the
internal part of an organization.
Each company needs stable and efficient human resourced to work in an effective manner
