What do you consider the core reasons for this specific problem at the hotel?
Imperial hotel there are various reason which are main reason of High staff turnover which are as follows:
1. There are lack of motivated staff in the hotel.
2. Unskilled staff and low staff remuneration is the main reason of turnover.
3. There is condition of long working hours and staff are also not trained to perform their work.
4. Poor group relation is also main reason of high staff turnover.
5. Lack of opportunities of promotion of a staff members.
Briefly identify how your specific problem may be linked to any other of the 5 remaining problems identified in the hotel case
All these Five problems are related with the high staff turnover of a hotel because all these problems make a great impact on the staff
operational activity. Lack of motivated staff can not do work effectively in a hotel, because motivation is essential for the staff members. If
hotel gives low remuneration top their employees as per their capability, it also make the impact on high turnover in a hotel. Employees are
unknown for the new things so that lack of training facility and poor relation with their seniors also make negative impact in their operational
