implementation of CSR activities. There are various research designs like Descriptive,
Exploratory, Analytical, Causal, Case study etc. in order to determine CSR implementation and
its sustainable objectives in the organization, company is considering exploratory and descriptive
research designs. Exploratory design is used as company is using various management tools and
techniques for decision-making like Gantt charts, project management plan, work breakdown
structure etc. and it is also using descriptive research design as it is gathering information by
questionnaire method in order to understand the attitude and behavior of company towards CSR
implementation (Konstantinou, E. and Müller, R., 2016. )
Research philosophy:
This is also considered one of an important technique and a tool to analyze the data. In
research philosophy, research is mainly based on assumptions. For the implementation of CSR
activities in Rock pool Digital for meeting out sustainable aims and objectives various kinds of
assumptions are considered. There are mainly three types of research philosophies which are
considered by the management consultant while conducting research. These includes
interpretivism, positivism and empirical. As per this project on implementing CSR activities for
success and sustainability, management consultant is using interpretative research philosophy as
qualitative methods are used for collecting data and information by questionnaires. This tool
helps the management consultant in order to conduct research based on different presumptions.

researcher in order to collect data regarding implementation of CSR activities in an organization.
There are two types of research approaches which includes Deductive and Inductive approach.
Qualitative researcher usually adopts inductive approach for data collection. Inductive approach
is defined as it considers theory and patterns for collecting and analyzing data. Various methods
and patterns are identified by the management consultant before implementing CSR activities in
the company for achieving sustainable growth and objectives (Olson, D.L. and Wu, D.D., 2017.)

Data collection is also considered as a very useful tool by the researcher in order to
collect the data and analyses it. There are mainly two sources which are used by the researcher
for collection of data which are primary sources and secondary sources. These both are important
for any kind of research. Primary data is the data which is collected for the first time by the
researcher. This is also called first hand data as it is originally collected through using various
instruments. Such instruments include Questionnaires, surveys, observation method, interviews
etc. Rock pool Digital is considering primary data through questionnaire method for
implementing CSR activities. Secondary data collection is second hand data which is collected
for the second time and which includes newspapers, magazines, internet, books etc. In this
report, researcher is taking into consideration both the sources of data for collecting information.
Data Analysis:
After collecting data analysis of data needs to be done by adopting various statistical and
mathematical tools and techniques which helps in analyzing the data. Management consultant is
considering Gantt charts, critical path methods, work breakdown structure etc. to analyze the
data collected from the questionnaire. On analyzing the data, researcher is able to give various
suggestions and recommendations on the information collected which in turn helps in decision-
making.
Research limitations:
There are various limitations of research which are to be faced by the researcher which
includes lack of appropriate tools and techniques, lack of knowledge, selection of sample data
etc. selecting sample by the researcher is a very difficult task. Research is an expensive and time
consuming process. Lack of proper information about the research tools and techniques affects
the efficiency of research. These limitations or barriers in generating information affects the
effectiveness of research report and research process (Papke-Shields, 2017)
P6 Recommendations on the basis of research

strategy for implementation which can attract large number of female employees in the
researcher. This is also called first hand data as it is originally collected through using various
instruments. Such instruments include Questionnaires, surveys, observation method, interviews
etc. Rock pool Digital is considering primary data through questionnaire method for
implementing CSR activities. Secondary data collection is second hand data which is collected

implementation of CSR activities. I have gained the knowledge of project management and
various tools and techniques required like Gantt charts, work breakdown structure. I have also
collected data through primary and secondary sources of research as well as collected data
through questionnaires. For questionnaire, I have communicated to the manager of the company
who has increased my confidence and encouraged me. I came to know that CSR activities are
required to be implemented to enhance goodwill of the said concern and to build up the positive
image of the company. I have learned to carry a good research by using qualitative data and
