He is examined based on his efficiency. In order to be efficient in work it isimportant to recognize the hidden potential of every individual. To recognize that, motivationplays a vital role. The motivational ways that the managers take up is the way of analyzingthe hidden talents of the employees of the organization. The application of the motivationalprograms serves as a power boost for them and they become happy. They become motivatedas a result; they are able to provide a better quality of work. Sudit (2012) has refuted it. Therewas a research done in a textile industry among the workers, which aimed at the perception ofthe managers towards their employees. The study also includes the use of the motivationaltechniques adopted by the managers to increase the number of employees. In today`s` worldit is important for every organization to have a strong, decisive and responsible managerialgroup Efficiency of any employee can serve as both a negative and positive aspect.Efficiency is the most important factor for the success of any company or organization.
